Production Capacity

The AJSY40 delivers a maximum theoretical output of 40 m³/h, making it ideal for small to medium-scale infrastructure projects. Its continuous and stable productivity ensures smooth supply for daily casting requirements of up to 800 m³ of concrete.

Thanks to its compact layout and trailer-mounted design, it provides both mobility and production efficiency, especially suitable for frequent relocation and temporary construction jobs.

The AJSY40 features a twin-shaft forced mixing system, ensuring fast and uniform mixing. The twin-shaft design creates a strong shearing and folding effect on aggregates, enabling high homogeneity even in short mixing cycles.

Precise Aggregate Batching System

The batching system includes 2 or 3 aggregate bins (customizable), integrated into the trailer frame for seamless transport.
