“I started with AIMIX on January 1, 2009, after a chance meeting with a team member in Phoenix. I was going through paramedic school when a AIMIX employee noticed my USMC tattoo, and we got to talking—he encouraged me to apply. I started as a shop tech with the opportunity to travel. My training lasted seven months, including eight weeks in Germany, where I worked in the factories and on job sites to learn everything about our products. On my first solo job, a sales manager even rolled up his sleeves and worked side by side with me. What keeps me here is the ability to help shape the company. We’re encouraged to make suggestions and try new things – even crazy ideas are listened to. Leadership ensures we’re always in the right position for us, and as long as we’re doing what’s best for the customer, we’re fully supported. I couldn’t ask for a better place to work.”
