The AS-4.5 is equipped with a powerful front loader designed to scoop and lift aggregates directly into the drum:

  • Preset Mix Ratios: Operators can input mix formulas for repeatable results

Mixing: Fast, Homogeneous Concrete Output

  • Mixing Capacity: 4.5 m³ net output per batch
  • Drum Rotation: 13–20 rpm for even and rapid mixing

  • Water Supply System: 920L water tank with auto pump and time control for accurate water dosing

Once the mix is ready, the AS-4.5 provides flexible options for placing concrete:

  • 270° Rotatable Mixing Drum: Allows discharge on left, right, or rear side without repositioning
  • Hydraulic Tilting: Drum tilts to pour concrete precisely into forms or pumps
  • Multiple Discharge Heights: Adjustable chute makes it suitable for different applications (slabs, columns, pavements)
