Under the trend of prefabricated buildings and green construction, precast concrete production faces challenges such as high customization requirements, complex processes, and strict environmental protection standards.

Taking the AIMIX intelligent mixing station as the core, combined with modular production lines and digital management, we create an integrated solution of “precise batching-efficient molding-low-carbon maintenance” to promote the transformation of precast component production towards intelligence and zero waste.

The AIMIX batching plant supplies CLT lightweight aggregate concrete, automatically matching the flow rate of the placing crane, and produces 500 wall panels in a single shift (with an error of ±2mm).

Ultra-high-strength concrete (C60) is continuously supplied, the steam curing cycle is shortened to 8 hours, and the fatigue resistance is improved by 30%.

Recycled Aggregate Concrete (RAC) corrosion-resistant formula extends life to 100 years and reduces costs by 35%.

Intelligent mixing station: precise feeding center


High-precision metering system:

Aggregate weighing error ≤±1%, cement/fly ash error ≤±0.5%, ensuring the strength consistency of prefabricated components (standard deviation <2MPa).


Real-time monitoring of sand and gravel moisture content, automatic compensation ratio, to avoid surface defects of components caused by slump fluctuations.


Flexible production mode:

Mobile mixing station: quickly deployed to temporary prefabrication site (such as high-speed rail sleeper project), installation and commissioning completed in 2 hours, production capacity 60-120m³/h.


Fixed super station: with aggregate premixing bin, supports parallel production of multiple types of concrete (such as early strength type + corrosion resistant type), and the changeover time is shortened to 10 minutes.


Special concrete adaptation:

Ultra-high performance concrete (UHPC): double-horizontal shaft forced mixing + fiber automatic feeding system, fiber dispersion uniformity >95%.


Lightweight aggregate concrete: special mixing blades for ceramsite/foam glass aggregate to prevent crushing, dry density ≤1800kg/m³.
